  • Set Goals

    We require you to select three tangible goals that we can prove have occurred without you having to learn our function but couldn’t produce without having actually completed the requested work.

  • Identify Challenges

    We dig into the books and identify major pain points which we can correct and make suggestions and correct. Our objective is always to open cash flow and empower you, the business owner.

  • Create Policies

    We begin to create accounting policies, all are GAAP compliant but the core of the process revolves around the business owners’ behavior, making them meet statues halfway

  • Grow

    Grow you to a place where you can bring the functions in-house. Create a process manual and interview candidates. We narrow choices to three candidates that fit your budget and who’s personalities match well with you, the business owners. We then offer 30 days of free support to your company to ensure the transition goes well.

Using a repository of reputable companies, we can assist in finding solutions for challenges that you have inside and outside of accounting and finance. We will act as your advocate to anonymously vet out any services that you need and bring the best solution to the table. We pride ourselves on listening to your concerns and providing the best recommendations possible. Our end goal is to help you grow, even if that means out growing our services.

Having a one-stop-shop experience is sometimes a great thing for small business owners. Through collective agreements, we have secured special rates for our customers with other professionals that offer services most small businesses need. We have connected with services such as Tax Accountants (CPA’s), Transaction Lawyers, Employment Lawyers, Commercial and Personal Insurance brokers, Business Brokers, and more. As with our vendors, we have forfeited and remuneration for special rates for our customers. Our team of affiliates were selected carefully over time and with performance evaluations. We do not use affiliates that are not like-minded in the care and integrity we pride ourselves on.
